Author has been working intensively and responsibly. She analysed two previous years and summarized lessons learned. Her proposals are based on these findings. She showed us that we can use methods and tools of project management in every project – in her case it is sport event. The author fulfilled the defined goal of the thesis. In terms of formatting, the thesis does not possess any mistakes, however, there are several mistakes in the quoting. In the major part of the analysis, I miss references. Only a small part of resources is quoted in the analytical part. I would also recommend using more resources in the thesis in general. Nevertheless, this is only a minor deficiency. In terms of content, both the analytical and the practical part are very well conducted. The analytical part is elaborated in depth, the author also focused on the previous years of the event, where she evaluated the whole event and clearly defined the feedback and conclusions from which it is possible to learn and use it as a basis for the next years of the event. The practical part is well-developed and uses a number of project management tools and methods. The thesis has a practical applicability, which can be used as a basis for a real project. The language level of the work does not contain major shortcomings, but I would recommend more thorough proofreading. With that being said, I overall evaluate the thesis positively and I do not see any fundamental mistakes.
