The thesis contains a clear overview of the chosen company´s financial situation and proposals for its further development. The content of the thesis is well arranged and the chapters are logically interconnected. The proposals, which are developed in details, are based on the results of data analysis and on the author´s own experience in the company gained during an internship. Questions to defence: 1) In case you would have to apply your proposals in the Czech Republic instead of the United Kingdom, what would you consider to change on them? 2) Which risks coming from the "Brexit" can complicate a successful implementation of your proposals? How to handle them?

The main aim of the thesis was to asses a financial health of a chosen company by applying different methods of financial and strategic analysis.In can state that the aim has been met. Some objections I have to the thesis´s framework - to reverse the order of the financial and strategic analysis. In my opinion the strategic analysis ( mainly the external environment) should be a starting point of overall financial analysis because many findings from the strategic analysis represent input information that are used in the financial analysis( e.g. identifying the main competitors, identifying factors that could impact on the financial results of the company -tax changes, exchange rate changes etc.) Despite this objection the practical part of the diploma thesis offers the adequate proposals.
