Abstract
Příspěvek stručně shrnuje obsah jednání 11. schůze podvýboru ústavně právního výboru pro justici a soudní samosprávu, na které byl projednáván záměr přípravy vládního návrhu nového zákona o znalcích, znaleckých kancelářích a znaleckých ústavech.
The article briefly summarizes the content of the meeting 11. meeting of the subcommittee of the constitutional law committee for justice and judicial self-government, on which was discussed the intention of the preparation of the government draft of the new law on experts, expert offices and expert institutions.
