Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kritickou analýzou možností dané společnosti rozšíření na zahraniční trh – do Velké Británie. Hlavním cílem je tedy zjistit, jestli je toto rozšíření proveditelné a jestli může společnosti eventuelně generovat zisk. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty informace nezbytné k provedení dalších částí práce – analytické a praktické. Analytická část obsahuje analýzu Velké Británie jako potenciálního trhu a analýzu společnosti samotné. V praktické části je rozebrán souhrn aktivit, které společnost musí podstoupit, aby mohla úspěšně expandovat.
This thesis critically analyzes the possibility of a certain company to enter a new foreign market - the United Kingdom. Therefore the main goal of this work is to find out whether this expansion is feasible and whether it could generate a profit to a company. The theoretical framework of this thesis outlines the foundations for the analytical part, in which the United Kingdom's and the company have been analyzed and the practical part, which offers a summary of activities, which need to be done in order to succesfully expand into UK.

Ing. Karas – You have explained that the profit is not sufficient for financing the future growth. While you suggest to solve the situation by issuing a loan. My suggestion is to prepare a rather complete financial plan consisting of profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
