Abstract
Článek ukazuje vývoj právního postavení znalecké činnosti v posledním století s krátkým pohledem do počátku lidské společnosti. Ukazuje vázanost právních předpisů na politické prostředí v jednotlivých vývojových etapách a informuje o zcela nových právních předpisech pro znaleckou činnost. Poukazuje na jejich nedostatky a na obecně nízkou úroveň české přebujelé legislativy.
This paper shows the development of forensic legislation during a last century with a short view to rudiments of human society. It draws attention to coherence legislation with political background in separate segments of development and gives information about new forensic legislation. It points out distresses in legislation and generally low level of Czech extensive legislation.
