Abstract
Pro stanovení časové ceny pneumatik osobních vozidel je při využití metodiky, doporučené Znaleckým standardem č. I/2005, nutné určit jejich technickou hodnotu. Ta závisí na stupni opotřebení dezénu a okamžitém stavu pneumatik. V souladu s touto obecnou definicí je v předkládaném článku nově zaveden empirický vztah pro výpočet technické hodnoty pneumatik včetně stanovení potřebných koeficientů a doporučené amortizační stupnice. Využití tohoto postupu ve znalecké praxi může při oceňování pneumatik osobních vozidel významně usnadnit stanovení jejich technické hodnoty, snížit časovou náročnost jejího určení i redukovat rozptyl jejich hodnot při posuzování podobných případů.
To determine the time price of passenger car tires, it is necessary to determine their technical value using the methodology recommended by Expert Standard No. I / 2005. This depends on the degree of tread wear and the current condition of the tires. In accordance with this general definition, the present article newly introduces an empirical relationship for the calculation of the technical value of tires, including the determination of the necessary coefficients and the recommended depreciation scale. The use of this procedure in expert practice can significantly facilitate the determination of the technical value of passenger car tires, reduce the time required to determine it and reduce the variance of their values in the assessment of similar cases.
