Abstract
ARCHITEKTONICKÝ VÝRAZ Primárnym úmyslom je dotvoriť preluku na rohu ulice Kolište a Milady horákové a uzavrieť stávajúcu blokovú zástavbu. Dve krídla rovnakej šírky vychádzajúce z boch strán stávajúcich blokov sa stretávajú v jednom prieniku priamo na rohu križovatky. Pôdorysne sa tak vykreslujú do jedného rovnako širokého pásu prehnutého na nároží parcely. Táto filozofia presne určuje tvar stredovej hmoty, ktorou sa stal trojuholník. Stredová hmota prevyšuje nad bočné krídla a tým pri vstupe z centra vizuálne upiera pohľad na nárožie. Dve bočné hmoty výškovo prísne rešpektujú uličnú osu a taktiež výškovú zástavbu. Tieto hmoty sú rozbité na veľké kubické objemy. Každý z týchto objemov obsahuje špecifickú funkciu. Veľké objemy sú navzájom horizontálne poposúvané a tým už z vonku napovedajú systém členenia jednotlivých funkcií ukrytých vo svojom vnútri. Systémm posunutých hmôt sa bočné krídla členia zatiaľ čo stred ostáva subtilným a jasne dominantným vstupom do ich vnútra. Vyrezaním kockových a kvádrových fragmentov z rôznych častí funkčných objemov je privádzané denné svetlo do interiérov, ktoré si týmto spôsobom zvonku zachovávajú anonymitu a intimitu svojho vnútra. DISPOZIČNÉ RIEŠENIE Rozdielny tvar objemov je prispôsobený rozličným funkciám, ktorými sú naplnené. Rôznym a skladaním ich k sebe sú vytvorené zaujímavé vnútorné ale i vonkajšie priestory. Umiestňovaním priestorov s rovnakými funkciami jednom objeme je vytvorené ich prehľadné usporiadanie. Zároveň toto riešenie poskytuje možnosť rôzne veľkých svetlých výšok podlaží pre rozličné funkcie. Galerijné priestory sú vo vybratých objemoch rozdelené na podlažia s väčšou svetlou výškou, na rozdiel od administratívy , obchou, dielní a iných priestorov, ktoré tak veľkorysú výšku nevyžadujú. Na prízemí sa nachádzajú priestory obchodu a prednášková sála. Hlavné galerijné priestory tvoria dva priestorové objemysituované v strede budovy. Ich prepjenie je zabezpečené je prostredníctvom stredovej haly. Slúži ako spojovací prvok medzi nimi utvára cestu návštevníka z jedného galerijného priestoru do druhého. Všetky priestory ponúkajú svetelnú aj priestorovú variabilitu. V druhom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza vonkajší výstavný priestor .Slúži prevažne pre inštaláciu trojrozmerných plastík a zároveň prepája galerijné priestory s tvorivými dielňami a ateliérmi. Slúži zároveň aj ako oddychový priestor,ktrý pohľadovo naväzuje na pešiu zónu aleje Kapitána Jaroša. V druhej časti galerijných priestorov sa nachádza vútorná galéria siahajúca cez dve podlažia. V najvyššom podlaží sa nachádza kaviareň s výhľadom na mestské centrum.
Architectural expression The primary intention is to shape the breaks on a street corner and Koliště horáková and close existing data center housing estates. Two wings of the same width based on boch sides of existing units meet in a breakthrough right at the corner of the intersection. The ground plan is thus to portray one just wide strip folded over the corner area. This philosophy precisely determines the shape of the central mass, which has become a triangle. The center of mass exceeds the side wings and the center at the entrance of the visually deprived of sight at the corner. Two lateral mass height strictly respect the street axis and also high-rise buildings. These materials are broken into large cubic volumes. Each of these volumes contains specific function. Large volumes of each other horizontally poposúvané a team already out of the system suggest the division of functions hidden within. Systémm shifted masses are broken side wings while the middle remains subtle and clearly dominant input into their interior. Cutting out the dice and cubical fragments from different parts of the functional volumes is fed daylight into the interior, which in this way preserve anonymity outside and intimacy within. LAYOUT Different shape volumes are adapted to different functions, which are filled. Different and folding them together are made points of indoor as well as outdoor spaces. Placement areas with the same functions a volume is created by their uncluttered layout. At the same time, this solution provides the possibility of various large bright floor heights for different functions. Galerija spaces in selected volumes divided into levels with greater ground clearance, unlike the administration, Com, workshops and other areas that have a generous amount required. On the ground floor there are areas of trade and lecture hall. Top Galerija spaces are two dimensional objemysituované in the middle of the building. Their prepjenie is provided through the central hall. It serves as a connecting element between them creates the way a visitor from one gallery space to another. All rooms offer light and spatial variability. The second floor is an outdoor exhibition space. Serves mainly for the installation of three-dimensional sculptures and also links, gallery spaces with creative workshops and ateliers. Also serves as a rest area, ktrý visual linking the pedestrian zone alley Captain Jaroša. In the second part of the gallery space is vútorná gallery spanning over two floors. The top floor is a cafe overlooking the city center.
