Abstract
Při navrhování do sociálně segregované oblasti máme v podstatě dvě možnosti. První varianta, znamená tvářit se, že v oblasti není žádné sociální vyloučení a přistupovat k návrhu jako kdekoliv jinde. Tato varianta je však velmi nebezpečná v podpoře vytlačování současného obyvatelstva, které si prostě jednoduše nemůže dovolit bydlet v nových bytech. Tato možnost nepřichází v úvahu do doby, než se změní podmínky ve společnosti, jinak je to předzvěst další gentrifikace. Druhá varianta znamená tedy jakousi snahu o sociální inženýrství a tedy jakýsi scénář, kterým návrh inscenuje vývoj ve společnosti. Tato varianta v sobě skrývá snad ještě více nebezpečí a otázek, než první. Nejdůležitější je dost možná ta, jestli je něčeho takového architektura vlastně schopna.
When designing in socially segregated areas have basically two options. The first option is to pretend that there is no area of social exclusion and access to the draft as anywhere else. This option is very dangerous in promoting the extrusion of the current population, that you just simply can not afford to live in the new apartments. This option is out of the question until conditions change in society, otherwise it is a harbinger of further gentrification. The second option is therefore a kind of social engineering efforts and therefore sort of scenario, which stages the proposal development in society. This option hides perhaps even more dangers and questions than the first. The most important is perhaps that, if such a thing is actually capable architecture.
