Abstract
Zadání bakalářské práce se zabývá novostavbou objektu Autocentra VW GROUP v Brně, městské části Brno-Brněnské Ivanovice na ulici Kaštanová st.p.č. 50/1, 51/1, 52, 53, 54, 55/1, 55/2, 55/3, 55/4 v k.ú. Je vedena Magistrátem města Brna jako Brownfields pod číslem 0201. Má trojúhelníkový tvar o výměře cca 1,3 Ha a územním plánem je určena pro smíšené plochy. Nachází se na ulici Kaštanová a v současné době je z této komunikace přístupný. Z východní strany je pozemek lemován ochranným pásmem řeky Svratky. Okolní zástavbu tvoří administrativní, průmyslové a obchodní budovy. Objekt je situován v severo-východní části pozemku. Je navrhován jako jednopodlažní ocelová montovaná hala rozdělená do dvou částí, které vyhovují požadavkům provozu autocentra VW GROUP. Prezentaci, prodeji a následnému záručním a pozáručním servisu automobilů značek Škoda, Volkswagen, Audi a Seat.
The bachelor thesis deals with the new building of Car centre VW GROUP in Brno. District Brno-Brněnské Ivanovice Kašanová street. B.p.n 50/1, 51/1, 52, 53, 54, 55/1, 55/2, 55/3, 55/4. In cadastral area it is led as Brownfields under number 0201 by the city of Brno. It has a triangular shape with an area of 1.3 hectares and master plan is for blended areas. It is located on the Kaštanová street and it is currently accessible from this street. From the eastern side it is bordered by a protective zone of river Svratka. The surrounding area is built up with administrative, industrial and commercial buildings. The building is situated in the north-eastern part of the area. It is designed as a single-storey steel assembled hall divided into two parts which meet the requirements of the service car centers VW GROUP. Presentation, sales, after-warranty and post-warranty servicing cars Škoda, Volkswagen, Audi and Seat.
