Abstract
Lokalita se nachází v Brně, na okraji městské části Brno – střed. Území je vymezeno ze severu ulicí Zderadovou, v západní části se nachází ulice Masná, z jižní strany území uzavírá ulice Hladíkova a z východu nábřeží řeky Svitavy. Stavba nabývá sedm nadzemních podlaží (obchody a služby, administrativa, bydlení) a dvě podzemní podlaží (podzemní garáže). Řešení návrhu se odvíjí od prolnutí většího množství různých funkcí na relativně malé zastavěné ploše, což představuje značný počet pracovních příležitostí a zkrácení docházkových vzdáleností do práce. Vzniká proto kompaktní objekt, který je rozdělen dvěma pravoúhlými přímkami, vytvářející kříž, na čtyři menší hmoty, které jsou propojeny v úrovni 1.NP a 2.NP pasáží. Rozdělení hmoty přímkami navazuje na významné pěší trasy a dochází tak ke zlepšení průchodnosti územím. Dále jsou jednotlivé hmoty perforovány čtvercovými průřezy o rozměru cca 6,5 x 6,5 x X m, a to jak v horizontálním směru vždy v celé hloubce daného kvádru, vznikají tak plochy pro kryté terasy, tak ve směru vertikálním – v tomto případě je perforace ukončena v různých podlažích dle potřeby, vznikají tak menší átria. Jednotlivé bloky jsou v úrovni 4.NP propojeny pěšími lávkami. V úrovni 5.NP vzniká díky perforaci hmoty v centrální části střešní terasa vytvářející poloveřejný prostor sloužící k relaxaci a odpočinku.
The location is situated in Brno, in the suburbs of Brno – centre. The area is located to Zderadova street from the north, Masná street from the west and Hladikova street from the south part of the east bank of the river Svitava. The building takes seven floors above the ground (shops and services, administration, housing) and two underground floors (underground garages). The design solution is based on the blending of large quantities of various functions on a relatively small built-up area, which means a number of jobs and reducing distances to work. Therefore, there is a compact object, which is divided by two right - angled lines forming as a cross, the four smaller masses that are connected at the level of the 1 NP and 2 NP. The object is divided by lines that follows the important walkways and improve the throughput of the territory. Furthermore, the individual objects are perforated by a square cross - section with dimensions of about 6.5 x 6.5 x X m, both of them are in the horizontal direction and are always within the depth of the block. They are formed as spaces for indoor patios. They can be formed in the vertical direction - in this case, perforations are ended at the different floors according to the needs, smaller atriums arise. The Individual blocks are connected in 4 NP by footbridges. There is a roof terrace in the central part of 5 NP due to perforation of the object that creates a semi-public space functioned to relaxation and recreation.
