Abstract
V území kasáren v Brně Černých Polích se skrývá veliký potenciál. V současnosti pro veřejnost uzavřený areál má výhodnou polohu pro to, aby se stal centrem celé městské části Brno-Sever. Urbanistický návrh vychází z historických souvislostí a ze struktury stávající zástavby kasáren. Území nebylo před kasárnami osídleno a v nové struktuře je zachována historická stopa jejich uspořádání. Jednotlivé plochy, které jsou vymezeny v návrhu regulačního plánu, jsou následně v podrobnějším měřítku propracovány do urbanistické studie. Centrem dění a místem, do kterého jsou soustředěny významné budovy občanské vybavenosti jako je sportovní centrum, komunitní centrum či radnice. Radnice je významnou solitérní stavbou, která je umístěna do jihovýchodního rohu, který místem střetávání pěších i pohledových os. Toto místo je také nejblíže srdci Brna – Sever a nejlépe dostupné z více směrů. Budova radnice definuje a uzavírá náměstí, do kterého je orientované také komunitní a sportovní centrum. Budova radnice vychází ze základních požadavků na ni kladených – reprezentativnosti, jednoduché orientace v interiérech a také ekonomičnosti. Liniová hmota radnice je předělena schodišťovou halou, která je centrem domu. Část orientovaná do křižovatky je multifunkční a obsahuje kavárnu, vedení radnice a přednáškový sál. Tato část může fungovat samostatně i během neúředních dnů. Druhá část budovy je čistě úřednickým provozem. V parteru je budova obehnána kolonádou a bohatě prosklena, což umožňuje vizuální komunikaci exteriéru s interiérem. Hlavní vstupy do budovy jsou jak z náměstí, tak ulice Mathonovy. Budova má co nejmenší záda a neustále poskytuje dojem z dění uvnitř. Ve vnitřním prostoru je kladen důraz na transparenci. Návštěvníci se pohybují přímo mezi celoprosklenými kancelářemi a zažívají tak pravou podstatu řízení městské části.
In the area of barracks in Brno Černá Pole lies a great potential. Currently is the area closed for public, but it has got a convenient location to become the center of the city part. Urban design is based on historical context and current structure of the barracks. The area wasn´t urbanized before the barracks founding and in the new designed structure we can see the reference to this use. Particular areas, which are determined in the regulation plan design are designed more detailed. The heart of area with the main amenities as sport center, community center, school and town hall is situated in the south east. This location is convenient because of the crossing of the pedestrians routes and axis of view. It is easy to reach this point from different directions. Town Hall determined the square. City Hall building is based on the basic requirements - the representativeness, simple orientation in the buildings and economics. Linear form of the building is divides into two part by staircase hall, which is the center of the house. Part facing the crossing is multifunctional and includes a café, management of city part and a lecture hall. This section can work independently as well as during unofficial days. The second part of building contains offices and staff facilities. On the ground floor is the building surrounded by a colonnade and richly glazed, allowing visual communication exterior and interior. The main entrances to the building are from the square and strett Mathonova. The interior are based on transparency, so the visitors can experience the management of city part.
