Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá novostavbou samostatně stojícího rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, součástí domu je taktéž provozovna v podobě kanceláře určené pro malé podnikání majitele domu. Stavba se bude nacházet v lokalitě Choholáč III v jihomoravské obci Syrovice. Rodinný dům je nepodsklepený, má dvě nadzemní podlaží a plochou středu. Z hlediska dispozice je rozdělen na dvě části a to obytnou část a kancelář. Kancelář se nachází v 1NP. Před domem jsou umístěna dvě garážová stání na zpevněné ploše k využívání pro kancelář. 1NP slouží jako denní aktivní zóna. 2NP naopak jako noční, klidová a odpočinková zóna. Součástí domu je také velkoryse řešená terasa. Součástí projektové dokumentace je taktéž posouzení objektu z pohledu tepelně technických vlastností a zpracování požárně bezpečnostního řešení stavby.
This bachelor thesis deals with new constructions of a detached family house for a family of four, the house is also a part of the establishment as offices for small business owner. The building will be located in Choholáč III in the Moravian village Syrovice. The house's do not have a basement, they have two floors and a flat roof. In terms of layout it is divided into two parts, living quarters and a office. The office is located on the 1st floor. In front of the house they are located two parking spaces on a hard surface to use for the office. 1st floor serves as a daily active zone. 2nd floor oppositly as night, resting and relaxation zone. The house has also a generous terrace. Part of the project documentation is also appraisal of the thermal properties and processing of fire safety design of the buildings.
