Abstract
Projektová dokumentace řeší návrh novostavby objektu rodinného domu, který se nachází v zastavěné místní části Malenovice ležící 5 km jihozápadně od centra města Zlína. Rozsah řešeného území je dán pozemkem parcelního čísla 336/15 a je dle platného územního plánu vhodná pro stavbu rodinného domu. V současnosti je bez využití, částečně zatravněná a částečně porostlá náletovými dřevinami. Pozemek se mírně svažuje jižním směrem. V bakalářské práci byl vypracován návrh samostatně stojícího rodinného domu s garáží a venkovní dřevěnou terasou, který bude sloužit pro bydlení předměstského charakteru. Rodinný dům má převážně obdélníkový tvar, orientovaný ve směru sever – jih. Řešený rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený. Budova je navržena jako cihelná stavba. Nadzemní část je ze systému Sendwix a částečné podsklepení z betonových tvarovek Prefa. Hlavní obytná část je řešená na mezipodestě dvouramenného schodiště. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou se sklonem 10°. a plochou střechou se sklonem 1,7°. Terasa je zastřešená plochou střechou se sklonem 2,9°.
Project documentation deals with a design of the new family house which is located 5 km southwest from the Zlin city centre in the urban part called Malenovice. Range of the area is given by a site with plot number 336/15. The site is suitable for building family house According to current zoning of the local area. The site is also currently, without the use, covered by partially grass and self-seeding trees smoothly sloping towards south. Bachelor thesis gives a design of a detached house with a garage and an outdoor wooden deck, that would be appropriate for the site having suburban residential character. The house is designed with mostly rectangular shape, oriented in a north - south. Designed family house has two floors with partial basement. brick system was used as a construction of the building The above-ground part is designed from system Sendvix . Partial basement is made of prefabricate concrete blocks. The main living part is designed as an intermediate landing type stairs. The building is covered by a shed roof with a slope of 10 degrees and also is covered by a flat roof with a slope of 1.7 °. The house has a terrace that is sheltered by a flat roof with a slope of 2.9 °.
