Abstract
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť rodinný dom s prevádzkou kaderníctva. Jedná sa o dom s dvomi nadzemnými a jedným podzemným podlažím. Dom disponuje garážou pre dva automobily situovanou v suteréne. Prevádzka kaderníctva je prístupná samostatným vchodom. Objekt je založený na základových pásoch z prostého betónu. Zvislé konštrukcie sú murované z tvárnic Porotherm Profi, vodorovné nosné konštrukcie sú taktiež navrhnuté v systéme Porotherm – stropné nosníky Pot a keramické vložky Miako. Strecha je riešená ako plochá s atikou.
The aim of the thesis submitted is to project house with hairdressing operation. The house has two above-the-ground and one underground floor. It is equipped with garage for two cars which is situated in the basement. The hairdressing operation is accessible via separate entrance. The foundations of the building are made of stepped reinforced concrete. Porotherm Profi blocks are used for vertical structures. Horizontal structures are also projected using Porotherm system – ceiling girders Pot and ceramic inserts are used. The roof is flat, with attic.
