Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby bytového domu. Jedná se o objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním podlažím. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází 9 bytů, v podzemním podlaží se nachází společné prostory domovního vybavení. Součástí podzemního podlaží jsou také garáže, kde jsou umístěny parkovací plošiny, které zajišťují parkovací stání pro 16 automobilů. Střecha nad garážemi zároveň slouží jako střešní zahrada pro byty nacházející se v 1.NP. Poslední podlaží je řešeno jako ustupující a k bytům umístěným na tomto podlaží náleží prostorná terasa. Střecha nad 4.NP je řešena jako jednoplášťová plochá s kombinovaným pořadím vrstev. Objekt je navržen ze systému HELUZ, obvodové stěny a stropní konstrukce garáží jsou navrženy ze železobetonu.
The aim of the Bachelor thesis is elaboration of a design documentation for execution of an apartment house. It is a building with four above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. There are 9 apartments in above-ground floors and in the under-ground floor there are common premises of the house equipment. Part of the under-ground floor are also garages, where a parking platforms are located. Parking platforms provide a parking space for 16 cars. A roof above garages also serves as a roof garden for the apartments located in the ground floor. The top floor is designed as a recessing floor and to apartments located in this floor belongs spacious terrace. The roof above the top floor is designed as a one-layer flat roof with combined sequence of layers. The building is designed from a HELUZ system and the external wall and the floor structure of garage are designed from reinforced concrete.
