Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektem polyfunkčního rodinného domu s kadeřnictvím ve Zdibech. Rodinný dům má tři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. V domě se nachází dvě bytové jednotky a v prvním nadzemním podlaží provozní část určená pro kadeřnictví. Provozní část je od bytové části oddělena, obsluha je zajištěna obyvateli objektu. Vstup do rodinného domu je ze severní strany objektu. Objekt má tvar složený z obdélníkových částí a je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Jednotlivé místnosti jsou v objektu umístěny tak, aby pobytové místnosti byly situovány převážně na jih a tím bylo zajištěno jejich dostatečné proslunění. Rodinný dům je navržen z jednotného zdícího systému. Svislé konstrukce jsou provedeny z keramických tvarovek Porotherm. Na vodorovné konstrukce je použit stropní panel Spiroll. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na dispoziční řešení, architektonický vzhled, statické požadavky a bezpečnost užívání.
The bachelor thesis deals with the project of a polyfunctional detached house with hairdressing salon in Zdiby. The detached house has three above-ground floors and a partial cellarage. There are two housing units in the building, along with the hairdresser’s facility on the ground floor. The facility part is separated from the residential part and it´s operation is provided by the residents. The entrance to the family house is from the north side of the building. The building has a shape composed of rectangular parts and is covered with a single-layer flat roof. Individual rooms are located in the building so that the living rooms are situated mostly to the South, ensuring that they are sufficiently sunny. The detached house is designed from a single masonry system. The vertical constructions are made of Porotherm ceramic pieces. The Spiroll ceiling panel is used for horizontal construction. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, statics requirements and safety of use.
