Abstract
The current term and concept of Smart City is nowadays not clearly defined. This article provides a robust analysis of Smart City research papers with focus on terminology and definitions. The reviews of current literature and summary of the different definitions of Smart City should help with future researches thanks to the clear definition of this area. The created summary leads to the main and common points, what Smart City is or should be.
