| dc.description.abstract | Navržené objekty se nachází v centru Brna, na nároží ulic Bratislavská a Stará. Navrženými domy jsem se snažil uzavřít proluku v nároží a současně vytvořit plnohodnotné náměstí, jehož potřeba vyplynula z několika analýz. Dům tedy vymezuje malé náměstí ze strany ulice a obepíná vnitřní dvůr, v němž jsou navrženy dva další domy. Náměstí tvoří předprostor před divadlem Radost a zkvalitňuje veřejný prostor ulice. Dvůr má semiprivátní charakter – širokým průchodem je spojen s náměstím. Ve dvoře je parková úprava, v parteru se nalézá občanská vybavenost. Dvůr může být využíván místními obyvateli i dětmi z divadla Radost. Všechny domy mají fasádu z barevného betonu. Lehkými změnami v barvě betonu jsou od sebe odděleny jednotlivé celky. Domy mají rozehranou fasádu s různě umístěnými okny. Okna jsou rozmístěna v rastru, který se stále opakuje v jednotlivých podlažích. Zdánlivá nahodilost je tak provázána řádem. V Parteru domů je občanská vybavenost, v patrech jsou malé startovací byty a kancelářské prostory. Pod domem je dvoupodlažní garáž. Budou zde bydlet nejspíše studenti a mladé rodiny. Mladí lidé přinesou nový impulz pro rozvoj čtvrti. Kavárna, občanská vybavenost a nová veřejná prostranství zkvalitní společenský život. V parteru jsou pronajímatelné prostory, kde mohou být obchůdky, opravny nebo uměleckořemeslné dílny, ty pomohou přinést práci místním lidem. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Designed objects are located in the centre of Brno, corner of Bratislavská and Stará streets. New buildings close gap in the corner and create full-fledged square, its need was determined by some analysis made in our fakulty. The buildings thus define a small square at Bratislavská street and encircle inner court, in which are designed other two houses. The square creates free space in front of Radost theater and improves public space of the street. The court has a semiprivate character – it is joined with the square by a wide passage. In the court is a park, in parter is a civic center. The court can be used by local inhabitants as well as by children from Radost theater (puppet theater for children). All the houses have a facade made of a coloured concrete. Soft differences between colour divide individual parts. The houses have organic facade with randomly placed windows. However the windows are placed in a raster, which is repeated in each floor. Randomness is accompanied with order. In parter of all buildings are civic amenities, on floors are small flats and office spaces. Under buildings are two floors with garage. In complex will live probably students and young families. Young people will support progress of this district. Civic amenities and new public space will support social life. In parter are leasable spaces, where can be shops, repairers or art and craft workshops. They will help to provide jobs for local people. | en |
