| dc.description.abstract | Navržený objekt reaguje na komunikační osu vedoucí z náměstí. Ve středu objektu je pasáž, která tuto komunikaci prodlužuje a umožňuje tak průchod z náměstí k sídlišti. Při návrhu musela být zohledněna svažitost terénu. Proto je parter ve dvou úrovních, které jsou propojeny vyrovnávacím schodištěm v místě průchozí pasáže.Výška západní části objektu respektuje výšku sousedícího městského domu. Východní část objektu, která tvoří hranu celého objektu, se svoji výškou přibližuje stávajícím objektům sídlištní zástavby a zapadá tak do výškové siluety části města. Při návrhu byla snaha zachovat stávající vzrostlou zeleň a vytvořit tak příjemné prostředí s místem pro odpočinek v centru města. Není tedy zastavěna celá parcela a roh parteru na severní straně obloukovitě ustupuje a umožňuje tak plynulejší průchod k parku. Hmota vyšších podlaží předstupuje a roh objektu tak dominuje. Sloupy nesoucí předstupující podlaží jsou ve výšce přes jedno a půl podlaží. V jedné linii lemují celou severní fasádu a objekt odlehčují. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The proposed building responds to the communication axis leading from the square. In the center of the object is a passage that extends this communication, allowing passage from the square to the settlement. In the design had to be taken into account terrain slope. Therefore, the parterre at two levels, connected by a staircase at balancing pasáže.Výška through the western part of the building respects the height of the adjacent town house. The eastern part of the building, which forms the edge of the building, its height is close to existing objects and buildings housing fits into the high-rise silhouette of the city. In the design was to maintain the existing full-grown greenery to create a pleasant environment with a place to relax in the city center.
