dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci je řešena rekonstrukce stávajících hospodářských stavení. Po celkové rekonstrukci bude objekt sloužit jako penzion se školícím centrem. Součástí zařízení bude restaurace s vlastním zázemím kuchyně a dále objekt bude doplněn o wellness centrum, které se bude nacházet v nové části zástavby. Objekt wellness centra bude pravděpodobně dořešen kompletně v etapě výstavby B. Objekt se nachází v obci Býkovice, k.ú.Býkovice (616524), čísla popisná: č.p.30, č.p.82, parcelní čísla pozemků: 120/1, 120/2, 121/1. Daný objekt bude tvořen třemi podlažími, jedno podlaží bude z části podzemní, dále nadzemní podlaží, které bude přímo přístupné ze severní části a podkroví. Celková zastavěná plocha bude činit cca 526m. Výška hřebene je 5.250m a 3.840m. Objekt je založen na stávajících základech, nová část wellness centra je založena na základových pasech z prostého betonu C16/20. Podkladní betonové desky budou provedeny nové v celém objektu, vyztuženy KARI sítí 150x150x6. Obvodové nosné a vnitřní nosné zdi zůstanou ve velké míře zachovány (zdivo cihelné, kamenné a smíšené). Nové konstrukce budou navrženy v systému Porotherm a doplněny lehkými příčkami Fermacell (SDK). Strop bude ocelobetonový a strop v nové části bude v systému Porotherm. Schodiště je ocelové, schodnicové. Střecha domu je sedlová (hlavní objekt) a pultová (východní křídlo), nad školícím centrem je střecha rovněž sedlová. Všechny střechy jsou opatřeny plechovou krytinou.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis dealt with the reconstruction of the existing farm buildings. After a complete reconstruction of the object it will serve as a guest house with training center. The equipment includes the restaurant with its own kitchen facilities and building will be completed by the wellness center, which will be located in the new part of development. Object of wellness center will probably be completely resolved in the construction phase B. The property is located in the village Býkovice, Býkovice (616524 ), house No. 30, No. 82, land parcel numbers: 120/1 , 120/2 , 121/1. That object will consist of three floors, one floor is partly underground, further aboveground floor which will be directly accessible from the northern part and attic. The total built-up area will be approximately 526 m. Ridge height is 5,250 m and 3,840 m. The building is based on the existing foundations and the new wellness center is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base concrete slabs will be made new in the entire building, reinforced with KARI networks 150x150x6. Peripheral bearing and interior bearing walls remain largely preserved (masonry, brick, stone and mixed). New structures will be designed in Porotherm and added with light rails Fermacell (SDK). The steel-concrete ceiling and ceiling in the new part will be made of Porotherm. The staircase is made of steel, staircase. The roof is gabled house (main building) and desk (east wing), above the training center is also gabled roof. All roofs are fitted with metal roofing.	en
