dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce „změny v průběhu financování bydlení“ se zabývá problematikou změn, které mohou nastat v průběhu financování úvěrových produktů. Rozebírá jednotlivé typy změn a jejich dopady. Teoretická část se věnuje současnému bankovnímu trhu v České republice, uvedením poskytovatelů hypotečních úvěrů a stavebních spoření, představení jednotlivých produktů financování bydlení a jejich srovnání. Praktická část se zabývá samotnými změnami v průběhu financování bydlení na modelových případech.	cs
