Author has been working actively and responsibly. The objective of thesis is application of project management tools in mechanical engineering company. Submitted proposal is practically oriented and it is based on findings gained from analysis of current situation. Student chose topic and company he knows well and this fact influenced the quality of his proposals. Question: What do you think is the most important factor that can influence project success?

This thesis focuses on the use of project management tools in a selected engineering company. The work has shortcomings in its structure and minor shortcomings in some of the tools used, for example in the risk analysis there is no quantification of the risk assessment. Otherwise the work is well written, the author in the theoretical part uses a sufficient number of resources and in the analytical part are used appropriate analyzes. In the practical part are suitably chosen project management tools that the author applies to the selected company. The aim of the work is fulfilled and the work is usable in practice.
