The final thesis has been elaborated on a satisfactory level. Theoretical overview is based on relevant sources, however the structure and content would deserve more deep immersion into the topic to get deeper understanding into the inestigated field. The theoretical research is based on relevant sources, but it is need to take into account that some of them are outdated. Empirical part incorporates necessary sections, however there are parts which needs to be worked out (e.g. statistical processing, research results interpretation and conclusions). Proposed recommedations are based on actual company needs and after implementing them could be beneficial into daily company operations.

The theoretical part is varied and corresponds to the topic. The amount of the used literature is appreciated. Author performed several analysis within the thesis. Unfortunately, it is not systematically and logically structured. Prepared proposals are matching analytical outcomes and are feasible. Generally the thesis fulfills the requirements and I recommend it for the defense.
