From the submitted work is clear, that on the bases of knowledge of professional literature, of field of bussines, and own observations author demostrated his ability to proces some analyses . Results of these analyses, limiting condition of franchisa, interviews with owner, good knowledge about company business are the basis for formulating reccomnedations, whose implementation will make possible improvement of the current situationSome of the recommendation could have been proposed in the form of the final and detailed proposal. Questions for the defence: 1) Why do you think the existing marketing companies is insufficient, indicate the main reasons 2) Why 7P method was used Z předkládané práce je zřejmé, že autor na základě poznatků literatury, znalostí oboru podnikání, z vlastních pozorování prokázal schopnost zpracovat řadu analýz, jejichž závěrečná vyhodnocení, spolu s omezeními plynoucími z franchisy a rozhovorů s majitelem se staly východisky pro vypracování řady doporučení, jejichž realizace by umožnila zlepšení zjištěného stavu. Přesvědčivost doporučení by se zvýšila, kdyby některé z nich bylo dopracováno do podoby návrhu. Při obhajobě doporučuji zodpovědět následující otázky: 1. Přehledně uveďte důvody, proč se domníváte, že stávající marketing firmy je nedostačující 2. Proč jste použil metodu 7P

The diploma thesis meets the objectives stated in the assignment. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts and individual analytical methods used in the work are explained in detail. In the practical part, the description and own observation of the company are very well elaborated, from which the found facts are the basis for analyses. Significant factors affecting the company are summarised in the conclusions of the individual analyses, and subsequently also in the SWOT matrix. I appreciate the recommendations suggested to the selected business that can improve its situation. I recommend the diploma thesis for defence.
