Student has worked actively in whole process of thesis preparation. Submitted proposal is practically oriented and it is based on realistic data gained from analysing previous year. Student chose topic and company she knows very well and this fact influenced the quality of her proposals. Question: In chapter called realisation and benefits you mentioned benefits of your thesis. Can you tell us which from these benefits you find the most effective and useful and why?

The author used the sufficient number of resources and correctly quoted in the theoretical and practical part of the thesis. The analytical part of the thesis explains the current state of the monitored company, where the author evaluated the lessons learned from the previous years and evaluated what needs to be done in terms of improvement of the event. However, in the analysis, I miss a more detailed view of the organization of the event for at least 2 consecutive years or a slightly more detailed view of the period before 2017. It would then be easier to evaluate how much the project part of the work was beneficial. The design part begins at the project stage, as the action is already running and the author correctly sticks to the theoretical part background information. The thesis has a practical use, which can be used as a basis for project management in a real project, but it will certainly need to be further expanded. There are a lot of minor formal and stylistic deficiencies in the work, otherwise, the work is written on a very good level.
