I appreciate well prepared and processed analysis of both external and internal factors. External analysis are correctly focused on target market of London. Identified strengths and weaknesses are well described within internal analysis. Prepared proposals are well matching analytical outcomes and are in line with the company strategic goals. Proposals are prepared in the form of brief feasibility study of the expansion to city of London. Author also correctly discusses limitations of the thesis. Those are primarily in research - both primary research focused on actual customer satisfaction and secondary focused on environment in the new target market. I recommend the thesis for the defense. Question: What are the major risks you can identify that could negatively influence proposed expansion to London? How would you eliminate those risks?

The thesis offers an excellent insight into the Market and our customers' insights for us as a company. Furthermore, the objectives have been fully met by analysing London as a future city in much detail. All in all, an excellent piece of work.
