The theoretical part is well elaborated with attention on detail. The author proved solid theoretical knowledge, the knowledge about the company XXX and its environment. The author conducted a number of analyses, however, the analyses are without the final evaluation (except Porter’s analysis). The gained findings were used as a foundation for drafting recommendation and contributions which realisation will improve the current situation. Some of the recommendation could have been proposed in the form of the final and detailed proposal. Questions for the defence: 1) Elaborate one of the recommendation in the final proposal. 2) Which of the presented recommendations the author consider as the crucial one and why? Teoretická část práce je zpracována podrobně a dobře. Z předkládané práce je zřejmé, že autor na základě poznatků z literatury, dobré znalosti firmy XXX a oboru jejího podnikání plně prokázal schopnost zpracovat řadu analýz, u kterých postrádám jejich závěrečná zhodnocení (vyjímaje Porterovu analýzu). Poznatky z analýz se staly podkladem pro formulaci doporučení, jejichž realizace umožní zlepšení zjištěného stavu. Některá doporučení mohla být dopracována do konkrétního návrhu. Při obhajobě doporučuji zodpovědět následující otázky: 1. Dopracujte jedno z doporučení do podoby návrhu 2. Realizaci kterého z vašich doporučení považujete za klíčové a proč

This thesis, with adequate aims and objectives, presented very useful outcome for our company. Student sufficiently fulfilled all the objectives. The objectives were well structured and presented in the thesis. The analytical part presents solid statistics and information related to the market. Above all, the final proposals and conclusions will be seriously considered as an input in the company's strategy. The thesis is written without any formal mistakes.
