Abstract

V průběhu zpracování práce se budu soustředit na lidské zdroje ve firmě a snažit se navrhnout možnosti pro jejich rozvoj a podporu. Smyslem práce je získat dotace z fondů EU pomocí dobře navrženého operačního programu.

In the process of writing my diploma work I am going to focus on human resources in the company and I am going to put forward any proposals to their development and support. The main object of my work is to be granted subsidies from the European Union funds by means of accurately proposed operational programme.
