Abstract
This paper deals with the detection of QRS complexes in the ECG record using the Stockwell transform, Shannon Energy and adaptive thresholding. The information about design of the QRS detector and its detection performance is also provided. Sensitivity of our detector achieves 99,80%, it's positive prediction takes value 98,86%.
