Abstract
Bakalářská práce je projekt dvoupodlažního rodinného domu v Lukovanech. Jedná se o dům samostatně stojící s částečně podsklepeným suterénem. Budova je navržena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. V suterénu domu se nachází garáž se stáním pro dva osobní automobily střední třídy, prádelna, kotelna a skladovací místnost. První nadzemní podlaží lze rozdělit na část aktivní a klidovou. V klidové zóně se nachází dva dětské pokoje, ložnice a koupelna. Tato část domu není podsklepená a má rovnou střechu. V aktivní zóně domu se nachází zádveří, WC, kuchyň a obývací pokoj. Z obývacího pokoje a kuchyně je možný vstup na venkovní terasu. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází pracovna, knihovna a dětská herna. Je zde také možnost vstupu na střešní terasu. Terasa ve druhém nadzemním podlaží je částečně pochozí a částečně zatravněná. Střecha nad druhým nadzemním podlažím je sedlová se specifickým nadkrokevním zateplením. Střešní plášť tvoří pálená střešní taška Tondach. Svislé obvodové zdivo v suterénu je tvořeno z betonových tvárnic Livetherm SIP-NC P10 400x300x198 mm. Svislá nosná konstrukce nadzemní části domu je tvořena z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 30 Profi 247x300x249 mm. Vodorovná nosná konstrukce je tvořena stropními nosníky Pot a vložkami Miako stropního systému Porotherm.
Bachelor thesis is focuses on project family house with two-floors in Lukovany. It is a detached house with a partial basement. The building is designed for four people. There is the garage for two cars,the laundry,the boiler room and the store room in the basement. The first elevated floor can be divided into active and passive part. In the passive zone there are two bedrooms for children, the bedroom for parents and a bathroom. This part of the house does not have the basement and this part has a straight roof. In the active zone of the house there are the vestibule, the toilet, the kitchen and the living room. In the living room and kitchen there is free entry into the outdoor terrace. In the second floor there is a study room, a library and a playroom for children. There is also the entry into the roof terrace. The terrace has two parts. One part is the timber terrace and the nother part is the grassed over terrace. The second floor covers the gabled roof with specific lagging noun. The roof coat is made of a ceramic burnt roof bag Tondach. The vertical brickwork is formed by concrete blocks Livetherm SIP-NC P10 400x300x198 mm in the basement. The vertical construction of the elevated part of the house is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 247x300x249 mm. The horizontal construction is made of the ceiling girders Pot and the ceiling inserts Miako of Porotherm system.
