Architektonická studie chráněných objektů

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce bylo vypracování architektonické studie rekonstrukce a dostavby Střední školy Gemini v Brně na ulici Vaculíkova. Zadáním byl návrh dostavby školy a vznik nových prostor pro ubytování, restauraci a doplnění služeb. Objekt se nachází v městské části Brno - Lesná. Jedná se o poměrně svažitý pozemek. Základem návrhu byla dostavba jednoho podlaží školy a dostavba nového křídla napojeného na stávající objekt. Původní škola byla postavena rovnoběžně s vrstevnicemi, zatímco dostavba nové části objektu je k vrstevnicím kolmá. Díky tomu vznikne opticky uzavřený prostor zahrady z ulice Vaculíkova. Zahrada školy zůstává otevřená směrem do parku k Čertově rokli. Na západní straně je postaven nový objekt s restaurací a službami, který je s původní školou propojen spojovacím krčkem. Návrh tvoří tři budovy s oddělenými funkcemi. V budově školy jsou učebny, kabinety, hygienické zázemí apod. Třetí nadzemní podlaží slouží pro ubytování studentů. Do jižní dostavby bylo situováno rehabilitační centrum se zázemím a v západním objektu vznikla restaurace, jídelna s kuchyní, administrativní oddělení školy a prostory k pronájmu.

The subject of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of an architectural study of the renovation and completion of the Secondary school Gemini in Brno on Vaculíkova street. The assignment was the completion of the school and the emergence of new accommodation, restaurant and services. This object is situated in Brno - Lesná. It is a relatively sloping land. The basis of the design was the completion of one school floor and the completion of a new w connected to the existing building. The original school was built parallel to the contour lines, while the completion of the new part of the object is perpendicular to the contour lines. This will create an optically enclosed garden space from Vaculíkova Street. The school's garden remains open to the park towards the Devil's Gorge. On the west side a new building with a restaurant and services is built, which is connected with the original school by a connecting neck.The basis of the design was the completion of one school floor and the completion of a new wing connected to the existing building. The original school was built parallel to the contour lines, while the completion of the new part of the object is perpendicular to the contour lines. This will create an optically enclosed garden space from Vaculíkova Street. The garden of this school is open to the park towards the Čertova rokle. On the west side was built a new objects with a restaurant and services, which is connected with the original school by a connecting neck. The design consists of three buildings with separate functions. There are classrooms, cabinets, sanitary facilities, etc. in the school. A rehabilitation center with facilities was situated in the southern part and restaurant, a dining room with a kitchen, an administrative department of the school and spaces for rent were built in the western building.
