Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce „Rozvíjení a zkvalitnění leadershipu a týmové práce“ je na základě praktických a teoretických poznatků podat návrhy na zlepšení metod leadershipu u firmy Alticor. Skládá se ze tří částí. První část se týká teoretického vymezení leadershipu. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou metod leadershipu, know-how a celkové situace firmy Alticor na trhu. Třetí část se zabývá návrhy na zlepšení metod leadershipu u této firmy.
The object of this work „Increasing and developing leadership and team work“ is make a proposal of increasing methods leadership the company Altcor with using theoretical and practical knowledge. This work has three part. First part contain theoretical definition of leadership. Second part analyse method of leadership, know-how and final situation company Alticor on the Czech market. Third part contain suggestion on increasing method leadership this company.
