Podnikatelský záměr

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh podnikatelského záměru, který bude využit pro realizaci projektu v oblasti stavebnictví. Práce vychází ze základních teoretických poznatků, po kterých následuje analýza tržního prostředí a konkurence. Nakonec je rozpracován kompletní postup pro možné a hladké rozjetí projektu včetně ekonomického vyhodnocení.

This bachelor thesis deal with the design of the business plan, which will be used for the project implementation in the field of construction. This thesis is based on the elementary knowledge which is then followed by the analysis of the market environment and competition. At the end the entire procedure with economic evaluation is processed for the smooth lunch of the project.
