Abstract

Cieľom tejto práce je teoretické vyhodnotenie vlastností a rozdielov medzi rôznymi spôsobmi 3D tlače s bližším zameraním na technológiu FDM. Princípy mechanizmov základných typov 3D tlačiarní využívajúcich túto technológiu sú bližšie vysvetlené a porovnané medzi sebou. Navrhnuté je riešenie a zoznam súčiastok FDM 3D tlačiarne s mechanizmom typu CoreXY, ktoré je následne zostavené a otestované.

The aim of this work is a theoretical evaluation of the properties and differences between the relevant 3D printing methods with a closer focus on FDM. The principles of the basic types of 3D printer mechanisms using this technology are explained in more detail and compared with each other. The solution and parts list of FDM 3D printer with CoreXY mechanism is proposed which is then constructed and tested.

Student seznámil státní zkušební komisi s cíli a řešením závěrečné vysokoškolské práce a zodpověděl otázky a připomínky oponenta a komise. Otázky komise k obhajobě: 1. Filtr pevných částic? Proč? 2. Je přesnější na tisk kartézská, delta nebo scara? Jaké jsou tolerance tisku?
