Řízení modelu poloautomatického soustruhu

Abstract

Práce seznamuje s konceptem konvenčních soustruhů. Z jakých hlavních částí se skládají a jaké jsou na ně kladeny nároky. Dále nám přibližuje koncept moderních CNC obráběcích strojů. Představuje nám možnosti řízení pohybu v osách pomocí moderních prvků a možnosti odměřování polohy na osách. V praktické části nám práce představuje některé možnosti komponentů, pomocí kterých lze realizovat model poloautomatického soustruhu.

The work introduces the concept of conventional lathes. What the main parts are and what the demands on them are. It also brings us closer to the concept of modern CNC machine tools. It presents us with the possibiliteis of motion control in the axes using modern elements and the possibility of position measurement on the axes. In the practical part, the work presents us with some possibilities of components by which the semi-automatic lathe model can be realized.
