Hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti s využitím modelu START

Abstract

Diplomová práca vymedzuje konkrétne formy sebahodnotenia spoločnosti Kingspan, a.s. Sebahodnotenie sa zaoberá predovšetkým hodnotením podnikovej výkonnosti za pomoci modelu START, spadajúceho pod model excelencie EFQM. Obsah práce je koncipovaný v troch hlavných kapitolách. Prvá kapitola definuje teoretické pojmy, druhá časť obsahuje vypracovanú analýzu spoločnosti a v poslednej kapitole sú obsiahnuté vlastné návrhy a riešenia pre odstránenie zistených nedostatkov.

The diploma thesis defines specific forms of self-assessment of the company Kingspan, corp. The self-assessment deals primarily with the evaluation of business performance using the START model, which falls under the EFQM excellence model. The matter of the work is conceived in three main chapters. The first chapter defines the theoretical background, the second part contains an analysis of the company, and the last chapter contains proposals and solutions to eliminate shortcomings.
