Automatizace procesů ve firemním prostředí

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá identifikáciou firemného procesu vhodného k automatizácii pomocou technológie RPA. V práci sú najprv predstavené teoretické východiská k danej problematike a analyzovaný súčasný stav sledovanej organizácie. V návrhovej časti je zostavený softvérový robot k automatizácii vybraného procesu. V závere práce sa nachádza zhrnutie prínosov a ekonomické zhodnotenie z implementácie technológie RPA.

The diploma thesis deals with the identification of a business process suitable for automation using RPA technology. The thesis first introduces the theoretical basis for the issue and analyzes the current state of the monitored organization. In the design part, a software robot is built to automate the selected process. At the end of the work, there is a summary of benefits and economic evaluation of the implementation of RPA techno-logy.
