Vyhotovení přehledu ukázek netypických staveb a jejich zobrazení v katastrálním operátu

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je na úvod rozebraná historie katastru v českých zemích od počátku po současnost. Dále je zde přehled předpisů týkající se oblasti evidence staveb v písemném i grafickém operátu katastru nemovitostí. Rozebírá, v čem spočívá přínos geometrického plánu v katastru a jeho historii. Na závěr jsou rozebrány možné atypické stavby a jejich současný zákres v katastrální mapě. V případě, že jejich zákres neodpovídá současným předpisům, je zde vytvořen návrh, jak by měl správně zákres v katastrální mapě vypadat.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the history of the cadastre in the Czech lands from the beginning to the present. There is also an overview of regulations concerning the building records in the written and graphic form of the Real Estate Cadastre. It discusses the benefits of the usage of geometric plan in the cadastre and its history. Finally, atypical buildings and their current outline in the cadastral map are discussed. If their outline does not comply with current regulations, a proposal is made here how the outline in the cadastral map should correctly look like.
