Návrh strategického rozvoje malého podniku zabývající se automatizací a robotizací pro průmyslové aplikace

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategického rozvoje společnosti, která působí v oblasti vývoje a konstrukce jednoúčelových zařízení, integraci robotů a automatizovaných linek. Teoretická část práce obsahuje literární rešerše se zaměřením na rozvoj a růst firem z pohledu strategického řízení a navazující problematikou řízení zakázek a vybranými analýzami v dané oblasti. Analytická část obsahuje dílčí a celkové zhodnocení současné situace společnosti pro následné rozhodování a výběr vhodných akcí. Návrhová část rozpracovává následně navržená řešení v podobě možného rozvoje společnosti včetně implementace.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of strategic development of a company that operates in the field of development and construction of single-purpose devices, integration of robots, and automated lines. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a literature search focusing on the development and growth of companies in terms of strategic management and related issues of order management and selected analyzes in the field. The analytical part contains a partial and overall evaluation of the current situation of the company for subsequent decision-making and selection of suitable actions. The design part elaborates the subsequently proposed solutions in the form of possible development of the company, including implementation.
