Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o konstrukčním řešení pásového dopravníku s velkým sklonem, který je součástí stroje na štípání palivového dřeva. Parametry dopravníku rozteč bubnů 3 metry a rychlost dopravního pásu 1,5 m/s. Tato práce obsahuje koncepční řešení, výpočtovou část, určení hlavních rozměrů a návrh pohonu dle ČSN ISO 5048. Kromě toho byly provedeny pevnostní výpočet určitých částí dopravníku a zhotoveny výkresy sestavy, hnacího hřídele a boku rámu.
This bachelor work deals with the structural design of the conveyor belt with a large slope, which is part of the machine for cutting firewood. Pitch drums is 3 m and conveyor speed is 1.5 m/s. This work contains conceptual design and the computational part and creating the main dimensions and design of the drive according to ČSN ISO 5048. Then the strength calculations of certain parts of the conveyor. The drawings of assemblies and drive shaft and the side of the frame.
