Reálné dělení nemovitostí - multifunkčního objektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku posouzení možnosti reálného rozdělení posuzované nemovitosti jako možnosti při vypořádání spoluvlastnictví, když nedojde k dohodě mezi spoluvlastníky. V rámci teoretické části je celá problematika popsána a vysvětlena v obecné rovině. V praktické části je posuzovaná nemovitost popsána a posouzena na možnost reálného rozdělení po všech stránkách. V rámci posouzení jsou navrženy nutné stavební úpravy pro reálné rozdělení, je provedeno ocenění nerozdělené nemovitosti a nemovitostí po rozdělení, vyčíslení výše nákladů na stavební úpravy a návrh vypořádání spoluvlastnictví podle vlastnických podílů.

This Master´s thesis is focused on assessing the possibility of a real division of the property in question of options in settlement of ownership, if there is no agreement between the venturers. In the theoretical part of the thesis was all the problems described and explained in general terms. In the practical part was the property described and assessed the possibility of a real division in all aspects. There were designed the construction works for the real division, performed valuations of undivided property and property after a real division, quantified the cost of construction works and drafted settlement of ownership by ownership interests.
