Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá predikcí a budoucím vývojem tržních charakteristik logistiky, S využitím statistických metod bude moci odhadnout budoucí trendy logistické sítě. Její teoretická část se zabývá poznatky z fungování tvorby nabídky a poptávky na realitním trhu. Na základě kritické analýzy tržních statistik (nabídky, poptávky, nájemného, výnosů, cen, obsazenosti, tržních podílů developerů a operátorů, struktury nájemců, spedice, skladování, logistiky) skladových nemovitostí stanovit podmínky optimalizace využití geografické polohy ČR v konkurenci střední a východní Evropy.
