Bytový dům s kavárnou

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu s kavárnou na pozemcích parc. č. 968/2, 968/3. Objekt je navržen v souladu s územním plánem města Hlučín. Je situován tak, aby nenarušil místní zástavbu. Svým tvarem a vzhledem je vytvořen tak, aby zapadnul to místní zástavby. Dále klade důraz na zajištění konstrukce po stránce statické, architektonické, úspory energie a bezpečnosti při užívání stavby. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepený s plochou střechou. Dispozice 1NP je tvořeno kavárnou, která má bezbariérový přístup, v 2NP se nachází bytový dům s dvěma bytovýma jednotkama.

The subject of this thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation building with a café on the land parcel. No. 968/2, 968/3 full. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the city Hlučín. It is situated so as not to disrupt local development. Its shape and appearance is created so that it engages local development. Further emphasis on ensuring the construction of the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building. The building has two floors and a partial basement with a flat roof. Layout 1st floor consists cafe which has wheelchair access, is located in the 2nd floor apartment building with two troops.
