Budova je navržena jako polyfunkční dům. Parcela leží na nároží ulic Stará a Bratislavská. Tvar budovy vytváří veřejný prostor na ulici Bratislavská a soukromý prostor pro rezidenty za objektem. Budova se skládá ze 3 hmot, které na sebe navazují. Budova má 5 nadzemních podlaží a jedno podzemní. V podzemním podlaží je parkování. Funkce se nachází v 1. a částečně v druhém patře.
