Obytný soubor na ul. Pastviny v Brně - Komíně

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem obytného souboru na ul. Pastviny v Brně - Komíně. Terén na většině parcely pomalu stoupá, ve východní části je stoupání prudké. Tato část je využita jako zahrádky. Rovnější část je určena k zastavění 26 rodinnými domy, většina z nich je navržena jako řadová. Každý dům má garáž zpřístupňující pozemek a plochou vegetační střechu.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on designing residential complex in Brno - Komín. The terrain rises up mostly slowly but at the east part of the area it rises sharply. That place is used as gardens. In the rest of the area there are 26 family houses. Most of them are designed as terraced houses. They have a garage that acces the garden and flat green roof.
