Abstract
Předmětem této práce je návrh obytného souboru na ulici Pastviny v Brně-Komíně, na úpatí Palackého vrchu. Díky své poloze a dobrému občanskému vybavení, jako jsou například mateřská a základní škola, je lokalita vhodná pro vybudování rodinných domů pro mladé páry a rodiny s malými dětmi. Navrženy jsou 3 typy rodinných domů: malý dům v řadě, střední dvojdům a velký samostatně stojící dům. Menší domy stojí v kompaktní zástavbě blíže městu. Směrem od města hustota zastavění klesá a zvětšuje se velikost domu a přilehlého pozemku. Stavby mají stejnou formu a jednoduchý kompaktní tvar domu se sedlovou střechou. Všechny domy jsou navrženy jako nízkoenergetické dřevostavby. V souboru bude bydlet přibližně 150 obyvatel.
The goal of this project is to design a residential complex located on the Pastviny Street, on Palacký vrch hillside, Brno-Komín. Thanks to its location and excellent civic amenities such as kindergarten and secondary school, this locality is perfect for building family houses suited for young couples and families with children. There are designs of 3 types of family houses included in the thesis: a small single-family terraceded house, a middle-sized semi-detached house and a large single-family detached house. While the smaller houses are being constructed in a compact development in a closer proximity to the city, as one proceed in the direction out of the city, the density of built-up is decreasing and the size of buildings and the adjacent holdings increases. The buildings share the same form and a simple compact shape of a house with a saddle roof. All buildings described are designed as low-energy wooden ones. There are going to be approximately 150 residents inhabiting the complex.
