Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout radnici pro městskou část Brno- sever. Radnice je umístěna do nově navržené urbanistické struktury, která se nachází na území dnešních kasáren v Černých Polích. Řešená lokalita se nachází v pomyslném geometrickém středu městské části a díky tomu se lokalita stává výhodnou pro umístění radnice. Hlavním cílem bylo vytvořit radnici měnící se v průběhu času, která by reagovala na dodatečné větší nároky na prostor a doplňování dalších hmot nejen s funkcí sloužící pro účely radnice. Nová radnice je navržená tak, aby obohatila městský prostor.
The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose the Town Hall for the city part Brno-sever (Brno-Nord). The Town Hall is placed in a newly designed urban structure, which is located on the territory of today's barracks in Černé Pole. The locality is located in the imaginary geometric center of the city and because of it the site is becoming a convenient location for the Town Hall. The main aim was to create the Town Hall changing during the time, which would respond to the additional larger footprints to the place and would respond to the adding further spaces not only with the function using for the purposes of the Hall. The new Town Hall is designed to enrich the urban space.
