Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace podnikového informačního systému kategorie ERP ve stavební společnosti KORA-VODOSTAVING s.r.o. V úvodní části práce je stručně popsán teoretický rámec a východiska dané problematiky. Cílem práce je odhalení kritických faktorů a rizik spojených s výběrem, implementací a provozem podnikového ERP systému. Výstupem práce je vytvoření návrhů na snížení rizik, časové a ekonomické vyhodnocení celého projektu a vytvoření doporučení pro analyzovanou společnost.
 
This thesis deals with the implementation of enterprise information system ERP in a construction company KORA-VODOSTAVING Ltd. In the first part, I briefly describe the theoretical framework and the background of the issue. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the critical factors and risks associated with the selection, implementation and operation of ERP system. The result of the thesis is not only the development of proposals to reduce the risks, but also time and economic evaluation of the project and my recommendations for the analyzed company.
