Facility management - vliv nákladů na cenu jednotlivých služeb

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast facility managementu a jeho postavení v komerčních firmách co by nástroj pro podporu hlavních výrobních činností. Analytická část práce je zaměřená na zkoumání způsobu kalkulací nákladů a zisku u služeb ostrahy a úklidu v rámci jejich poskytování outsourcingovou společností. Třetí část je zaměřen na možnost zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy snížením nabízené ceny. Úprava ceny je docílena vlivem státních dotací na ZTP zaměstnance.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the area of facility management and its position in commercial companies as a tool to support the major production activities. The analytical part of the work is focused on the examination of the way in calculations of costs and profits with the services of security and cleaning in the context of their provision of outsourcing company. The third part is focused on the possibility of increasing the competitiveness of the company by reducing the prices offered. Price adjustment is issued as a result of the influence of state subsidies for disabled employee.
