Abstract
Základem bakalářské práce je architektonická studie zpracovaná v letním semestru 3. ročníku bakalářského studia na téma rekonstrukce, přestavba a obnova bývalého hospodářského stavení v obci Repechy. Úkolem studie bylo najít vhodné urbanistické, hmotové a funkční řešení. Původním záměrem majitele objektu bylo ve výsledku vytvořit penzion. Návrh jeho požadavky respektuje, ale také přidává další doprovodné funkce pro vytvoření atraktivního místa pro odpočinek, rekreaci a sport. Hlavní myšlenkou celé práce se tedy stává propojení funkcí ubytování, zábava, rekreace a vzdělávání. Rozhodl jsem se objekt koncipovat tak, že je vhodný pro ubytování jak párů, menších rodin, tak ale i větších skupin a celků. Na základě toho jsem objekt rozdělil na tři hlavní části. První část je situována do ponechaného segmentu původního hospodářského stavení. Tato část je ponechána jako památka a vzpomínka na historii tohoto místa. Z hlediska funkce se zde nachází příjem hostů, ubytování majitele a také příležitostné ubytování zaměstnanců. Druhou část objektu tvoří ubytování. Jedná se o přístavbu soustavy dvoulůžkových pokojů s předsíňkou a vlastním hygienickým zázemím. Třetí část slouží pro stravování návštěvníků, nachází se zde kuchyně se zázemím a také víceúčelové prostory. Hmotové a tvarové řešení vychází z charakteru vesnické zástavby, nesnaží se příliš odlišit.
The basis of this Bachelor Thesis is the architectural study which was done in the summer semester of the third year of my bachelor’s studies. The topic of this architectural study was the reconstruction, rebuilding and restoration of former farmhouse in Repechy. The aim of the study was to find a suitable urban, shape and functional solution. The original idea of the owner was to create the pension as the outcome. The architectural proposal respects owner’s requirements, yet it also adds other supporting functions to create attractive place for rest, recreation and sport. The main idea of the study thus becomes the interconnection of accommodation, entertainment, recreation and education. I decided to design the object in a way so that is suitable for both couples and small families, as well as for larger groups and units. Based on this, I divided the building into three main parts. The first part is situated in the retained part of the original farmhouse in memory of the history of this place. From the functional point of view it serves as a reception, owner accommodation and occasional staff accommodation. The second part of the building is used to accommodate guests. It is an extension of double-bedded and double rooms with own hallway and en suite facilities. The third part serves as the dining room for the guests. There is a kitchen with facilities and multi-purpose space to be found. Design and the shape solution of the farmhouse are based on the rural structure character and tries to fit in this style.
